Co-founder and CEO, Alesia M. Chaney's vision came to life after seeing a charter bus in San Diego that actually allowed their guests to enjoy cannabis flowers, ride through the city seeing historical landmarks and stopping at recreational dispensaries. In a state of disbelief Alesia returned home and shared this vision with TySean. Together they immediately created a business plan. Alesia's unique combination of degrees in Psychology and Organizational Management, along with her certifications in Project Management and extensive experience in leadership and self-development coaching, is evident in her pursuit in the cannabis community. Through her work, she is able to tour, socialize, share knowledge, establish and nurture human resources, and connect with others who share her interests. Alesia's experience on the cannabis party bus tour in Denver, Colorado in 2021 was eye-opening. She realized that there was a demand for a judgment-free space for professional adults and cannabis enthusiasts to legally enjoy toking and touring. This experience solidified her passion for creating a business in this industry.
Alesia's excitement spilled over into TySean so much that he began coming up with tour themes such and games and ganja day, bud and Boubon (a gentlemen's night), and sports outings and events. TySean's ideas gave birth creating TMG Tours signature themes, and a whole other life was born.

Co-founder and COO, TySean M. Gaston, is a master of bringing order, excitement, and innovation to our team. With his unique structure, engaging social skills, and out-of-the-box thinking, he has helped us to grow and thrive. TySean's vibrant personality is the perfect fit for TMG Tours. With his high energy and contagious enthusiasm, he keeps our guests engaged and entertained throughout their entire experience. Toking and touring is more of a therapeutic mindscape for TySean. He finds solace in allowing his mind to run wild and free to go wherever it chooses. His thirst to expand his knowledge in the cannabis industry to understand how to better suite the needs and desires of TMG Tours' guests proves his dedication and value to the team. We are grateful to have him on board and look forward to seeing what he accomplishes next.
